One more time

We went to Epcot and Magic Kingdom one more time yesterday. Really our last time for a while. It was really nice because we just did the things we wanted to and didn't have to ride every ride, since we were here just a few months ago.



We did, of course, see Mickey and Minnie.


We rode the updated dumbo ride.


We rode the carousel.


Goofy's airplanes


Ice cream at Epcot.





The flowers were beautiful.


And the Nemo ride to stay out of the rain.


The boys even turned the monorail into a ride!

What a great time we had!

What a great weekend

We played ball.


Had some fun on the river.


Stole the jeep and got ice cream at McDonald's.


And finally swam in our pool!

We didn't really do anything grand or spectacular but those are always the best weekends to me. The ones you spend with family, making memories!

Happy Easter

Saturday we went to TurkeyCreek for M180's outreach/Easter celebration. We had about 40 people show up. We let the kids decorate buckets while Derek and Dusty hid the eggs (and it took forever). We let the kids hunt eggs (and it took only a minute).
We ate and spent time hanging out. Everyone had fun.





The Easter bunny came to our house!





Then we went to church to worship our risen King!!!

Ole Hop Hop

Yesterday Ole Hop Hop learned to ride his bike without training wheels. He is 3 years old! I am amazed. Not only can he ride it, he can stop, go slow, turn around, and even stand up while he's riding. He hasn't fallen once. He has no fear!



He rode all day long!


So later that night, I was trying to get him to go to bed while I was finishing up some stuff in the kitchen and he said "tired don't mean go to bed!"
No, apparently it means fall asleep on the kitchen floor!

He's so smart, he made all E's again this nine weeks!

Jeff was trying to make him get ready for school this morning but instead Tanner was watching tv. This is the conversation I heard.
Jeff -"stop watching tv and get ready for school"
Tanner- "but why can't I watch tv?"
Jeff- "don't you know there are some little kids over in china that don't even have tv's and you watch it all the time."
Tanner- "all the little kids in china have tv's, that's where they make 'em."

He's already outsmarting us and he's in kindergarten. What are we gonna do with this kid!

Spring Break 2012

It started off a little shaky. Nate had a ride in the ambulance and an over night stay at the hospital. After a few doses of steroids and breathing treatments, and lots of prayers, he was good as new!



The boys went with yaya and earl to the waterfall on the river. Papoo used to always take us there. For some reason we would stand under it and say we were taking a shower like the Indians.





We went fishing on the Cari Lynd and caught...





This huge cobia. It was bigger than Tanner!





Spent lots of time in the pool.


Tried fishing again, but it started storming.








Played on the beautiful beach and watched Papa Earl try to find another big one.

I really hate that we have to go back to reality but it will be summer soon, right?!
