Extreme Hair Makeover

Tanner was in DESPERATE need of a hair cut!

A little visit to Ms. Rebecca and he looks "as good as new"!

Conner Hop Hop 6 months old!

already? I can't believe it has been half a year! He is learning so much. On Tuesday we went to the doctor and he is so small, in the 9th percentile in height. He was 15lb 3oz. and 25 1/4 inches.
He was also sick with a cold and a little fever so we had to go back on Friday to get his shots. He still has a cough, but is much, much better.

He can sit up, with a little help from his hands.

He can crawl (or roll, pull, or scoot) to get to his toys.

He loves to sit in the high chair while I am in the kitchen and play with his toys. He also loves eating!

It's Just What Daddys Do!

They mow the grass with 2 boys on their lap.

I know this is not safe. I was gone to the store and had asked Jeff to watch the lasagna that was in the oven, but instead he goes out to mow the grass. That was much more fun for the boys!

Get Movin'

Conner started rolling over both ways a few weeks ago. I have tried to take pictures of him, but I never have my camera or when I do have my camera he just lies there and looks at me. So finally I have some pictures from this morning.

I laid him under his farm on his back.

A few minutes later...

he was on his belly facing the other way, but happy as can be.

A few minutes later...

he was all the way out on the hardwood floor.

So...

I put him in his saucer, this way he is contained.

Beautiful

the weather this weekend was beautiful. Mom and I and the boys went to Destin on Thursday b/c Jeff went to Winterfest with the Youth Group.

We spent the afternoon on the beach. Mom said, "This is what Heaven will be like!" It was that perfect.

Conner put his toes in the water, and he didn't like it. It was too cold.

How come no matter how cold the water is, it isn't too cold to a 3 year old?

Tanner would go in the water then roll in the sand so he could go back in the water again.

Seeing Dolphins

sorry I haven't posted in a while. we have been busy!

A few weekends ago we went out on the boat and the dolphins were swimming right up under us. I told Jeff, "We could have reached out and touched them, if we had really long arms!"

Tanner told Jeff, "Daddy you got to yell with me!" after we had seen about 100 dolphins and the excitement had worn off and all the adults had stopped yelling "There they are, Over there!"

Not only were the dolphins beautiful but the sunset was too!

It was really neat though because even Hop Hop could see them.

This is one of my favorite things to do in the whole world. It never gets old. One day maybe we can really swim with the dolphins.

Funny kids

and apparently too much t.v.

Yesterday we went to Jeff's office to pick him up for lunch and Tanner was asking a million questions like, "What's that?" and pointing to everything on his desk, papers, pens, and even the telephone. Then he got around to a hula girl, the kind someone brings back from Hawaii and ask Jeff, "Where is she from?" Jeff tells him ,"Hawaii". Tanner then says "Does she speak Spanish?"

Too much Dora and Diego!
