"Never Be Shaken"

Tanner sang a special at the 5th Sunday Sing this morning.(yes, we still have those in Bristol)

He got a little upset when Jeff wasn't singing loud too and then told the congregation not to laugh in church. All in all he did a great job and wasn't nervous a bit. I am very proud of the way he is learning to use his talents.

Jeff also sang "While I'm Waiting", but I didn't record it. He did an awesome job too.

(thanks mike and shelley for the inspiration on the song choice.)

So Silly

Last night Tanner says to Jeff,
"Do you know what fart means in Spanish?"
"There's a frog in my pants."
Where do they come up with these things?!
(I know fart is not a nice word, but if that is the worst he says i think we are ok.)
Just a cute picture of Tanner from the pumpkin patch in Niceville.

1 Bad Kid

Conner is 14months old (almost) and can climb on the kitchen table.
This morning I took him in his room and took off his pj's. He got away, running down the hall, I grabbed some clothes out of the drawer and ran to the kitchen where Tanner was still eating breakfast and watching Scooby Doo. This is what I found.

Conner eating Tanner's cereal on TOP of the table.

So I put him down just to find out the sequence of how he really does it.
First he leans over the chair and pulls up until he can get his knee on there and then...

he's up.

Then he just does the same thing until he's on the table.

Oh my, it's going to be a long 18 years.

A Day at the Beach

ok, we're back. finally got the computer from the shop. don't think I can catch up so I am just going to start fresh.

This weekend we went to the beach. It was the most beautiful weather we could have had. We had fun, except for Hop Hop staying up all night on Friday night. (thank God for benadryl, sat. night was great.)

Just a little update on things...

Tanner is really growing up. He acts like such a big brother. He is super smart. He can now recognize numbers and most of his letters. He is still going to gymnastics one day a week and is doing great. He loves to sing and play music. He even sings with the praise team at church sometimes. He is really learning a lot in children's church. He tells me things that he learns and I am truly blown away. He is so sweet when he says his prayers at night. He asks God to put his hand on sick people and to bless people. He eats like a horse, most of the time and says that his favorite food is Tacos! I just Love Him and can't wait to see all that God has in store for him.
Conner is my wild child. He is so busy. He is messy and pulls out everything he can get his hands on. He is very beautiful though. People ask me all the time, "Does he ever cry?" Yes, he does. He has figured out the a little fit will get him a long way. He is pretty smart. He can follow directions. He can help put his clothes on and take his clothes off. He is an eating machine. And he won't let anyone help him. He really loves Tanner and follows him around and does everything he does. I love his independence. He is going to be a very strong willed boy.Watch out World.
Jeff and I are doing well. Nothing really new happening. We spend most of our time at home with the boys or at church. We are doing great and can't wait for Christmas!!!
